With over 11 years of experience creating exceptional non-alcohol pairings in Michelin-starred restaurants, Majken brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for flavour to her innovative approach in crafting non-alcoholic substitutes for wine.

Majken served as the General Manager at the acclaimed two-star Michelin restaurant Aimsir. Under her leadership, the restaurant achieved remarkable success, earning its prestigious two Michelin stars just four months after opening, a recognition that caused shockwaves in the industry. During this time, she was universally celebrated for her non-alcoholic beverage pairing by the media and received multiple hospitality awards. Majken's passion for non-alcoholic beverages began at the renowned two-star Michelin restaurant Henne Kirkeby Kro in Denmark, before she ventured to Norway to work at the three-star Michelin restaurant Maaemo.
